This course is designed to develop understanding and proficiency with a tactical carbine (AR-15 family). Students will progress from basic handling and marksmanship skills to advanced shooting drills. This course will focus on techniques used in an urban environment.
Students will develop skills that will increase their speed, accuracy and confidence with a carbine.
2,500 carbine rounds and 250 pistol rounds. 9mm (9x19) is the minimum service caliber for this course.
This course will be taught using classroom lectures and practical field exercises.
